RULES FOR REFUND OF FEES

Ordinance relating to the refund of all the fees shall be related to all the faculties O.2859 (A) All fees paid by a student at the time of admission shall be refunded to him/her after deduction of Rs. 500/- as administrative charges, if the student informs the Principal of the college/institution, in writing, before the date of commencement of the term that he/she desires to cancel his/her admission.

DEPOSITS

a)    The amount of Caution Money, Library Deposit, if any will be refunded when a student leaves the college or cancels the admission.

b)    The amount of deposits will be refunded to the students after 15 days from the date of receipt of their application duly signed by student and guardian.

c)    The students who have not surrendered their identity Cards, must surrender the same against the refund or deposits, otherwise the deposit stands forfeited.

DISCIPLINE

Self-discipline is the best discipline. All students must observe rules and regulations In force at present, or that may hereafter be made for the smooth working of the college. Students shall not do anything inside or outside the college that will interfere with its orderly administration or affect its public image.

ATTENDANCE

The College insists on regular attendance by students at the lectures tutorials etc. The minimum attendance that must be maintained is 75% of the total number of working days. Students who are found to be defaulting will not be granted terms, and they will not be allowed to appear for the examination.

ANTI-RAGGING WARNING

Ragging is totally prohibited in the institution, and anyone found guilty of ragging and/or abetting ragging, whether actively or passively, or being a part of a conspiracy to promote ragging, is liable to be punished in accordance with the UGC Regulations as well as under the provisions of any penal law for the time being in force.

RAGGING PROHIBITED

THE MAHARASHTRA PROHIBITION OF RAGGING ACT, 1999 Ragging means display of disorderly conduct, during of any act which causes or is likely to cause physical or psychological harm or raise apprehension or fear or shame or embarrassment to a student in any educational institution and includes.

1.   Teasing, abusing, threatening or playing practical joke on, or causing hurt to, such student; or

2. Asking a student to do any act or perform something which such student will not, in the ordinary course willingly do.
