RULES FOR REFUND OF FEES
(As per University guidelines vide Circular No. UG /412 of 2008)
Ordinance relating to the refund of all the fees shall be related to all the faculties O.2859 (A) All fees paid by a student at the time of admission shall be refunded to him/her after deduction of Rs. 500/- as administrative charges, if the student informs the Principal of the college/institution, in writing, before the date of commencement of the term that he/she desires to cancel his/her admission. However, cancellations requested after the commencement of the term are governed by the following regulations :

O.2859 (A) All fees paid by a student at the time of admission shall be refunded to him/ her after deduction of:
(i) At the time of applying for admission, if he/she intimates in writing that he/ she has also applied or intends to apply for admission to one or more of the professional colleges or institutions or departments affiliated to this university which imparts instructions for degree courses in Engineering, Architecture, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, Technology, Medicine, Dentistry, Ayurveda / Unani Medicine, Homeopathy, Painting, Commercial Art, Home Science Engineering.
(ii) He/she withdraws his/her application in writing within 7 days from the date of admission to a professional college or a course mentioned in (i) above, but not later than 31st August of the same academic year. In such cases it shall be binding on the student to produce documentary proof of his/her being admitted to the professional course.
O.2859 (B) All fees paid by a student at the time of admission shall be refunded to him/ her after deduction of Rs. 250/- or all prescribed fees whichever is less as administrative charges provided: At the time of applying for admission, if he/she intimates in writing that he/she has also applied or intends to apply for admission to one or more of the professional colleges or institutions or departments affiliated to this university which imparts instruction for degree course in Engineering, Architecture, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, Occupational, Therapy, Audiology & Speech Therapy, Technology, Medicine, Dentistry, Ayurveda / Unani Medicine, Homeopathy, Painting, Commercial Art, Home Science and courses conducted by National Defence Academy or Indian Institute of Technology or Regional college of Engineering. He/ She withdraws his/her application in writing within 7 days from the date of admission to a professional college or a course mentioned in (i) above, but not later than 30th September of the same academic year. In such cases it shall be binding on the student to produce documentary proof of his/her being admitted to the professional course.
